Customize 1” Furniture Grade PVC pipe to the exact lengths needed for your project or application. Each 100-foot bundle includes ten 10-foot pipes, which can be cut into specific segment lengths for $0.59 per cut per pipe for large diameter pipes, ensuring you get the precise sizes you require.

  • Each custom cut bundle yields 10 units of the chosen segment length.
  • The total length of all cuts in a bundle cannot add up to more than 120”.
  • The minimum segment length that can be cut is six (6) inches
  • The maximum segment length that can be cut is 96” (8 feet), to accommodates small parcel shipping.
  • Segment lengths of 48” or longer will incur a $20 handling fee charged by the carrier.
  • All cuts will be made 1/8” short to accommodate saw kerf loss. If exact lengths are needed, please leave one or more inches of material at the end of the total cuts.
  • Unless specified otherwise, any remaining scrap will not be shipped and will be discarded.
