FORMUFIT Direct provides substantial discounts on Furniture Grade PVC fittings, pipe and accessories, when purchased in our bundles and box quantities. In order to maintain these lower prices, we do have specific requirements that must be met for orders that are placed through this online store:
PVC Fitting Products
All fitting and accessory products are sold by-the-box as indicated on the bulk quantity product pages. We cannot mix-and-match colors, sizes or configurations to equal box quantities. If you require single, or less-than-box quantities, you can purchase these from our retail site here.
PVC Pipe Products
All pipe is sold by the bundle or the pallet as provided on the bulk quantity PVC pipe pages. We cannot mix-and-match colors or sizes to equal bundle or pallet quantities. If you require single, or less-than-bundle amounts, you can purchase these from the FORMUFIT retail site here.
PVC pipe is sold in 5-foot, custom-cut and 10-foot lengths, but only our 5-foot and custom-cut lengths can be shipped via Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx) shipping. 10-foot pipe lengths must be shipped via LTL/Motor Freight.
Payments
All orders are prepaid terms via secured credit card, ApplePay, ShopPay or via PayPal. Payment is due at checkout.
FORMUFIT Direct is not a wholesale site and is instead a discount bulk order site, therefore we do not provide payment accounts or specialized payment terms, except for schools and universities.
Inventory and Stock

The presence of products on the FORMUFIT Direct website is not a guarantee that the particular item or quantity is in stock or available for immediate shipment.
In some cases, some items may be backordered or require a special run to meet quantities requested. In these situations, we will notify you via email if there are any issues, or special stipulations with your order. You can then choose to alter, substitute or cancel all or part of your order.

Shipping
Most bulk orders usually ship within 4-5 business days once payment is received. Pipe orders will add additional time due to bundling and shipping prep. Custom cut pipe will increase the total prep time to a minimum of five (5) business days prior to shipment.
Small parcel shipments can be billed as 3rd Party to a customers' UPS or FedEx Account. View our 3rd Party Shipping page to see how you can use your own account to ship.
PVC pipe can be shipped in 5-foot lengths for standard carrier ground shipment, but is available at 10-foot lengths. 10-foot lengths must be shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carrier.
FORMUFIT Direct cannot ship to PO Boxes, as our carriers are UPS, FedEx and LTL carriers. These services are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Bulk orders and shipments are not eligible for any discounted or free shipping offers from our retail site.
Limited Resale
While we implore you or your organization to invent, manufacture, assemble or design a finished product using FORMUFIT products and offer those products for sale, FORMUFIT Direct products are not for resale as individual units.
Purchasing bulk quantities from FORMUFIT Direct does not grant any type of distributorship or resale license of our products, trademarks and/or copyrights to the purchaser.
