Incorrect Items, Mis-Ships or Defective Products

Unfortunately, mistakes do sometimes happen. To allow us to rectify any issues with your order, we do require that all customers verify the configuration/quantities of their order within three (3) business days of receipt of delivery. If you receive an incorrect item you ordered (size, type, quantity, etc.), please notify us at bulk@formufit.com, and we will work to resolve your order as soon as possible.

Important!

Due to the custom-order nature of pipe, Furniture Grade PVC pipe ordered in bundle or pallet quantities is not refundable and all sales are final.

Undesired Items (within 30 days of purchase)

You have the option to return unopened, full boxes of fittings or PVC accessories to FORMUFIT Direct within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply, deducted from your refund upon receipt of the returned items.

It is essential to return items in their original packaging, and only entire boxes can be accepted for returns; partial returns are not permitted.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at bulk@formufit.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return shipping address. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with original shipping costs remaining non-refundable. Return shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Undesired Items (after 30 days of purchase)

Regrettably, we cannot process returns for items purchased more than 30 days after the initial purchase. This limitation is because we are unable to issue refunds to the original funding source beyond this timeframe. We appreciate your understanding.
